Woodland Mirth is a traditional but fully renovated and extended
Victorian-era country house tucked among native trees, edged lawns and
meandering garden paths on the banks of the Bennison Creek between Foster
and Toora.

Accommodating up to six
people in comfortable, old-world style, Woodland Mirth combines period
touches like polished timber floors, wall stencilling and antique
furniture and fittings with modern-day facilities, including a salt-water
pool and a heated outdoor spa, water circulated with venturi jets (no air
blower).

Guests will find a piano in
both the lounge and in the dining room, and views towards Foster Beach and
Corner Inlet from the elevated glassed-in sitting room, along with plenty
of books and games in the library nook. |

The main bedroom, to be
found at the top of a twisting timber staircase, boasts a full-tester
brass double bed, a private en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking
the pool.
Downstairs is another
double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a tiled bathroom complete with a claw-foot
bath, and a laundry with an automatic washing machine.

Woodland Mirth's
fully-equipped kitchen is a cook's delight, with a fan-forced oven, a
microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer, and a dishwasher,
along with plenty of crockery, glassware and utensils.
Outside in the bush garden is a fountain, timber benches, statuary and
birdlife.
