just 15 minutes' drive from the gate of Wilsons Promontory National
Park, or a 10-minute drive to the beaches of Waratah Bay and Sandy Point, The Waratah is the perfect place to explore
the region's superb coast.

The Waratah's ample
windows create light filled rooms. The lounge area containing a colour
television, DVD player and a Stereo to enjoy and relax in front of the Coonara
heater. |

The kitchen/dining area provides you with a fully
equipped kitchen including an electric stove top and oven, a microwave,
a breakfast bar and a dining table looking out over the native bush
scenery. |

The
Waratah has three bedrooms, two with queen size beds, and the third with
beds for five people.
All bed linen
is supplied. Please bring your own bath and beach towels. |

The sunlit bathroom consists of a
two person shower recess and vanity, the toilet is separate. The
laundry has an automatic washing machine and a clothes dryer. |

The Waratah Tariff
Bookings are for the sole use of the
property for up to 9 people. Linen
supplied, BYO towels.
Please Note:
Tariffs listed are for
4 people
sharing, for extra people add $15.00
per person per night, children under 2
are not charged.
Discounted weekly tariffs are available
during mid- and
low-seasons for any check in day
except Saturday. If you must check in on
a Saturday the nightly tariff applies.

Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to
arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of
the total. Cancellations within two weeks of
arrival will be refunded only if we are able to
refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total
then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
