is a perfect place to stay for families and groups of up to eight
people.
The brand-new, split-level house
features three bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen
area, an elevated balcony overlooking a small tea tree forest, and
undercover car parking.

The living and dining area
boasts comfortable sofas, a table and leather-covered dining chairs, a
colour television and DVD player, a CD player, a great selection of
books, games and magazines and even a foosball table! |

| The fully-equipped kitchen
includes an electric stove, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with
a separate freezer, a kettle and toaster, a rice cooker, a sandwich
maker and a large electric frypan, as well as all crockery, cutlery,
glassware and cooking utensils and a breakfast bar. |

Tyab Beach House has two
double bedrooms, with two sets of single bunk beds in the third bedroom.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and all beds are supplied with
covered doonas and mattress and pillow protectors. |

The tiled bathroom has a full-size bath with a shower
over it, and a vanity basin. A separate toilet cubicle is
located off the laundry, where there is
an automatic washing machine and trough. |

within easy walking distance of Sandy Point’s truly unforgettable ocean
beach with its good surf and safe swimming.
Also nearby is the Sandy
Point General Store, along with the Sandy Point Internet Cafe and the
licensed Waratah Beach Surf Life Saving Club.
