House is a clean and relaxing home sleeping six comfortably, featuring
lots of light, lovely rural views over farmland and the Hoddle Range and
only five minutes walk to shops and beach.

large windows, carpet, comfort, TV & video, balcony with BBQ cooking,
wood heating and winter sunshine (for the occasional cooler weather). |

The modern kitchen
is fully-equipped with a breakfast bar, an electric stove, a microwave,
a refrigerator, a kettle and toaster.
Guests will also find a selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware and
cooking utensils, coffee plungers and a corkscrew!

The three bedrooms,
sleeping up to six people consist of two with double beds and one with
two single beds all have doonas and linen supplied. BYO towels.

minute stroll takes you to the beautiful Sandy Point beach, cafe and
general store. During the summer months take advantage of the licensed
premises of the Sandy Point Life Saving Club.

if we are able to refill all the cancelled/changed period booked,
10% fee of the total then applies.
