offer you, your family and friends a very private haven. The Cottages are
situated within easy reach of Wilsons Promontory National Park, the Strzelecki Ranges, Corner Inlet, Sandy Point, Waratah Bay and Cape Liptrap. |

| The Cottages have large open-plan living areas
with picture windows taking in the wonderful views of the gardens
beyond. Both Cottages are fully
self-contained both have a colour television and DVD, stereo and reading material,
a comfortable lounge and easy chairs, a dining setting a wood fire
and reverse-cycle air-conditioners. |

| All of the bedding is of the
highest quality. Blackwood sleeps five people in two bedrooms (one queen
and three singles) Wattle Cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms
(one queen and two singles).
You will find the kitchens fully-equipped and include
a microwave, fridge, stove and oven, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils,
toaster and kettle.

| Children
will enjoy the variety of friendly pets farm animals. We have Arabian horses,
sheep, alpacas, a goat, geese, chooks and Rosie the wonder dog. We live on
the property and are happy to show you around and to provide you with
information about all there is to see and do throughout South Gippsland.

| If you have ever had the dream of leaving the
rat-race and heading bush, this little bit of paradise will make it all
that much harder to go back to work on Monday. Our recommendation is
that you stay a week! You'll love the peaceful setting of Stockyard Creek
Cottages and the beauty of the natural environment. |

the farm and gardens or to simply relax on their cottage verandah overlooking the charming Stockyard
Creek valley, complete with its tree ferns and
abundant birdlife.

Stockyard Creek Cottages tariff is the total cost
of the cottage and includes linen and towels.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.
Half deposit is required upon booking.
Final payment upon arrival.
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - full refund less 10%
cancellation fee of total tariff.
Cancellations within two weeks of arrival - deposit will be refunded only if the
period booked can be refilled.
No refunds for non-arrivals.
