Sleepy Hollow is located in the quiet township of Sandy Point and is a fabulous location for holidaying with family or friends for up to seven people. The front of the house has large widows and a deck with sliding doors that open into the fabulous light-filled living and dining areas.

The living area offers you a large colour television, a DVD player and a stereo for your electronic entertainment, and there there is also a selection of toys and books, as well as a small-scale table and chairs for children.

The fully-equipped kitchen has wide range of crockery, cutlery and glassware, a gas cook top and an electric oven, a microwave, a large fridge, a kettle and a toaster.

The stylish dining room is a delightful place to serve up that special meal for your family and friends. There is also a sheltered sun room where you can sit and relax.

Sleepy Hollow comfortably accommodates up to seven people.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of room to spread out, or sleep in late ...

The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a double and a single bed.

The front deck offers you the perfect place to relax and wind down after a day of sun and sand, or to cook up a great Australian barbeque!

The bathroom has a vanity and a shower for washing off sandy days spent on the beach. The toilet is separate and the laundry has an automatic washing machine.

Sleepy Hollow Tariff Bookings are for the sole use of the property for up to 7 people BYO Bed Linen and Towels Bookings for the Christmas and January School Holidays are Weekly Only, Saturday to Saturday. Tariff based on minimum 2 night stay.

Booking Terms and Conditions All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. Half deposit is required upon booking. Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival. Cancellations earlier than 14 days prior to arrival - full refund less 10% cancellation fee of the total tariff. Cancellations within 14 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee of 50% of total tariff unless we are able to refill the total period booked, a 10% fee of the total then applies. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee of 100% of total tariff unless we are able to refill total period booked, a 10% fee of the total then applies. No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals. Amendments to booked dates earlier than 14 days prior to arrival, no charge. Amendments within 14 days prior to arrival will be treated as a cancellation. *Midweek nights are, Monday through to Thursday nights. Not available in school holiday periods.
