Nestled in the tea trees, Sandy Retreat is your own private getaway. Elevated property with large sunny deck with views over Sandy Point, inlet and to the hills beyond. Walk 50m to an access track to the beautiful Sandy Point beach, great for surfing, swimming, or endless beachcombing. It is a short 5 minute walk to shop & cafe, tennis courts, mini-golf and playground.

The kitchen and expansive open-plan living area offer all the comforts of home: TV, video, DVD and stereo. Stay warm on cooler evenings with a wood fire and electric heating.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, an electric stove, microwave and all cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Outside furniture and a BBQ are provided on a large deck with a north west aspect for wide views all day.

Sandy Retreat has three comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to six people. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed with views over the treetops of Sandy Point. The second upstairs bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom is downstairs, accessed by an outdoor staircase and has a double bed, and a separate toilet and basin. All beds have covered doonas, mattress protectors and pillows, please supply your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.

The bathroom has a shower over a large Japanese-style bath, with a picture window looking out into the tea-tree as well as a hand basin and toilet. In the laundry there is an automatic washing machine and dryer.

Sandy Point's surf beach, which is patrolled during the summer months, is only five minutes walk from Sandy Retreat. On the back deck of Sandy Retreat you will find a hot outdoor shower for washing off sandy days at the beach.
