The Sandy Point Beach Escape luxury apartment is located high on a sand dune at Sandy Point, within 100 metres of an access track to one of Victoria’s most beautiful surf beaches.
The two-bedroom Beach Escape apartment can cater for up to six people in both style and comfort.

Elegantly-appointed Beach Escape is filled with natural light, and provides memorable seaside accommodation for a couple, for a family, and for small groups of friends.

Beach Escape is spacious yet private, and is surrounded by native bush - mature tea-tree and wattle trees - as well as the sounds of the surf and birds. It is situated on the first level of the Sandy Point Beach Escape complex.
The waters of beautiful Shallow Inlet can be seen in the distance through the trees.

The apartment has polished timber floors in the main living area, along with full-length north-facing windows and a glass sliding door giving access to a large sheltered deck.
On the deck guests will find an outdoor furniture setting and an electric barbeque.

The open-plan living and dining area features top-quality furniture, fixtures and lighting, together with a reverse cycle air-conditioner for heating and cooling. All windows are double glazed for comfort and noise reduction.
The apartment is fitted with a colour television set, a stereo system and a DVD player.

Beach Escape is ideal to escape from the pressures of modern life such as mobile phones and computers. For those guests needing the use of a mobile phone, there is access to the Telstra Next G, Telstra GSM, Optus GSM, Optus 3G and Virgin Mobile networks. There is no access to the Vodafone GSM network. Internet access can be achieved through use of computers fitted with a Telstra Next G 3G wireless broadband interface, or Optus and Virgin Mobile wireless broadband interfaces using GPRS. A Telstra Next G mobile phone handset and/or a Telstra Next G broadband wireless modem or an IEEE 802g/n WiFI Internet Access Point can be hired by prior arrangement.

Beach Escape's kitchen is equipped with electric bench-top hot plates, a bench-top electric griller/oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a toaster and a kettle as well as crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware for 6 people.

Beach Escape has two bedrooms, and all linen, covered doonas, blankets, and bath towels are supplied.
Both bedrooms also have plenty of storage space with built-in wardrobes in each one.
The main bedroom has a queen bed fitted with a comfortable foam overlay, a padded mattress protector and quality pillows.

Beach Escape has a family bathroom accessed from the main living area, with a shower, hand basin and toilet.

The second bedroom is large, and is furnished with a queen bed, and a king single bed with a single trundle bed underneath.

Sandy Point Beach Escape is a memorable coastal retreat for a couple, two couples or a family, sleeping up to six people. There is parking for up to two cars.

Tariffs listed are for 2 people sharing the queen size bed in the main bedroom. For extra people add $15.00 per person per night. The maximum charge for periods less than a week, is the applicable weekly rate which is inclusive for up to 6 people. Children under 2 are not charged provided that they do not occupy a bed or use bed linen and bath towels. Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. Half deposit is required upon booking. Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival. Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - full refund less 10% cancellation fee of total tariff. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival - deposit will be refunded only if the period booked can be refilled. No refunds for non-arrivals or early departures. Sorry No Pets and No Smoking As Beach Escape is on the second floor, it is not suitable for guests with disabilities that restrict climbing of stairs. Once inside Beach Escape all rooms are on the same level.
