Two new self-contained cottages and group lodge, set on a picturesque rural 10 acre property 12kms South of Fish Creek. Close to Waratah Bay, Sandy Point, Walkerville and Wilsons Promontory.

The two bedroom cottages are fully self-contained and sleeps up to six people. All beds are complete with sheets, pillows and doonas. Towels are also provided.

The spacious four bedroom lodge is self-contained and sleeps up to 20 people.
The open plan kitchens in both buildings are equipped with a gas cooktop and electric oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, utensils, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a bbq on the outdoor decking of each building.

Both lounges have quality furnishings, complete with a CD player, DVD player, color TV and Austar. They also have a cosy wood fire and a split system, heating/cooling unit.

The lodge has two bathrooms which feature separate showers, a bath, and hair dryers. The cottage bathroom has a spa bath, separate shower and hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are available at the communal laundry (fee applies), together with an iron and ironing board.

Guests are invited to wander our property. Children are welcome to help feed our feathered friends including chooks, a rooster and a peacock, and to collect the eggs (if the chooks are laying). We reside at the property with our three children and look forward to welcoming you.

Half deposit is required upon booking.
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - full refund less 10% cancellation fee of total tariff.
Cancellations within two weeks of arrival - deposit will be refunded only if the period booked can be refilled.
No refunds for non-arrivals.
