makes for a great beach side holiday. Whether your looking for quiet
relaxation or fun down by the beach you can enjoy it here. Set up for
families, the house can sleep 11 people

| The beach, general store, café and Surf Life Saving Club are just
across the road. Plus the local play ground is in full view of the front
decking so Mum and Dad can enjoy a drink on the verandah while the children
play, never out of view. |

The spacious and well maintained beach house has
been built on two levels, with a large deck front and rear. Gas
BBQ's are located on both decks.

Oceania has a large light and open living area with lots
of comfortable seating for relaxing, a gas heater, ceiling fan, colour TV, video
and CD player.

| The fully
equipped kitchen has a large fridge, gas cooking, microwave and
dishwasher. You will also find cutlery and crockery, kettle,
toaster and full size pantry. |

There are three bedrooms, bathroom and
toilet upstairs, Downstairs you will find a utility room with a double
size futon bed, a second shower and toilet. In total 1 queen bed, 2 double
beds, and 5 single beds as bunks. Accommodating up to 11 people.
Covered doonas and pillows and linen and towels are supplied.
The bunk room has a second TV and a Nintendo 64 for the children. You will
also find a fully automatic washing machine. |
