Conifer Cottage is a
large two-bedroom, plus sunroom
seaside holiday cottage located only a short walk to the magnificent Waratah
Bay beach. |

Conifer Cottage has a large lounge room
with a wood fire, keeping you warm and cosy in the winter, while an evaporator
water cooler will keep you
cool and comfortable in the summer.
The house contains a colour television,
video player, CD player, radio, and cassette deck.

The 2 bedrooms and sunroom can
comfortably accommodate 6 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with queen
size doona, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with blankets.
The sunroom has 2 fold down sofa beds, one being a double futon the other
a single divan, with a privacy curtain rail between the two.
We supply pillows for all the beds and double size quilts for futon sofa
bed and divan. Please bring your own doona and quilt covers, bed linen and
towels.
You need to supply your own personal items eg. soap as well as laundry
powder |

The kitchen, features a large modern oven with griller
and stove-top.
It also has a microwave, and a refrigerator.
The kitchen is equipped with all
manner of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.

The bathroom and laundry has has
been completely renovated with a modem
vanity unit, a mirror, a shower over the bath and a toilet. An
automatic washing machine is also provided.

Outside, guests will find a covered entertaining area, a gas
barbecue and an outdoor setting.

|
Waratah Bay has something to appeal to the whole
family; swimming, surfing, strolling along the
beach, throwing in a fishing line, playing on the sand.
Or explore the walking tracks of
Cape Liptrap Coastal Park,
with its stands of native tea-tree, banksia
and she-oak, which lies just to the west of Waratah Bay hamlet.

All prices quoted are in Australian
Dollars.
Minimum stay two nights, long weekends three nights, Easter four
nights.
Half deposit is required upon booking.
Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival.
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - full refund
less 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be refunded only
if the period booked can be refilled.
