Bayview House is located in a picturesque setting, 180 km South East of Melbourne. It is set in three acres of garden and sits on a gentle hillside, overlooking Shallow Inlet and Wilsons Promontory.
It's just a few minutes drive to the beaches of Waratah Bay, Sandy
Point and Walkerville, or the popular windsurfing venue of Shallow Inlet. The magnificent
Wilsons Promontory
National Park is only fifteen minutes away.

Bed and Breakfast or self-contained holiday
accommodation is available for up to seven guests. There are three private suites, each with
magnificent views, an individual entrance off the main hall, and their own ensuite.
The three-acre garden is an interesting place for a quiet walk. It is
home to a wide range of native birds and the occasional visiting wombat, echidna or
blue tongue lizard. Sheep and cattle are regular visitors to the neighbouring paddocks.

The downstairs Double provides queen size-bed accommodation for two guests. It has a bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
The upstairs Studio provides a cosy environment for two with an open-plan double bedroom/lounge/dining area and kitchenette.
The upstairs Balcony Suite has two bedrooms - a queen-size bedroom/lounge area, plus a single bedroom. There is also a separate kitchenette-dining room, and outside balcony.

All suites are available with a full country breakfast or the two upstairs apartments can be booked on a fully self-catered basis. The two kitchenettes are fully equipped and all suites have their own television, DVD player and radio/CD player.
Booking Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and must be received within
7 days. This is payable by cheque, cash (in person), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard,
Bankcard, Amex, Diners or JCB). The balance is payable upon arrival. Cancellations earlier than seven days prior
to arrival
will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within seven days of arrival will be refunded at our discretion and only if the
period booked can be fully refilled. There is no refund for non-arrivals.
Sorry, we are not able to cater for pets and a no-smoking policy applies.
Please note that we are only able to accommodate one child/toddler/baby at a time, and only in the Balcony suite.
Prices
The amounts quoted are per night for two or three people as indicated.
They apply all year round (except for some Specials). Bed linen and towels are provided
in all options.
Check-in from 3pm Monday to Saturday, 5pm on Sunday
