bar, an electric stove, microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle and
toaster.
Guests will also find a selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.

Large picture windows let lots of natural light into the
open plan living area which is kept warm and cosy in the winter months
with an electric wall heater, an electric cooling fan is also supplied.
The living area also has a colour television
with a DVD player for
whiling away the evenings after the
sun has gone down.

In the bedroom is a queen size bed,
while the lounge in the living area converts to a double bed in a matter
of moments, sleeping up to 4 people. You need to bring your own linen and
towels.
The bathroom located just off the bedroom, is fitted with a shower, a
hand-basin and toilet facilities.
Guest will also find a gas BBQ and a laundry. |

Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to
arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of
the total. Cancellations within two weeks of
arrival will be refunded only if we are able to
refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total
then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
