dunes at Sandy Point, with direct ocean beach access, as well as
panoramic 360-degree views across the water towards Wilsons Promontory,
Shallow Inlet and Cape Liptrap. |

onto the expansive deck. Open the two walls of floor-to-ceiling
concertina doors and the living space opens out completely to the deck,
making the ultimate alfresco experience. |

space with views from Cape Liptrap to the
south-west across Waratah Bay and Bass Strait and south towards the peaks of

provides luxurious seaside accommodation - gourmet kitchen, BBQ,
reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating, TV/DVD, music system,

located within a minute's stroll to the beach, and yet offers the
comfort of a uniquely private position. Surrounded by mature native
foreshore vegetation, the house is nestled amongst banksias,
tea-tree and wattle trees, home to the abundant and beautiful local bird

Horizons' three queen-sized bedrooms
have direct access out onto the expansive deck. The fourth bedroom also
opens on to the deck, and has three single beds, two in the form of
bunks.

available from each room.

suite facilities. A large central bathroom with full bath is available
for visitors. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after
a day on one of Australia’s most beautiful beaches.

There is plenty of storage space at Horizons, along with ample parking
for cars and boats. Located just a short stroll from the Sandy Point
General Store, the Sandy Point Café and the Waratah Beach Surf Life
Saving Club. |

Cancellations earlier than two weeks
prior to arrival - Full refund less
10% cancellation fee of the total. Cancellations
within two weeks of arrival will be
refunded only if we are able to refill
all the period booked, 10% fee of the
total then applies.
No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
Please Note: A $300.00
security surcharge is required in
addition to the applicable weekend and
mid-week tariffs, and a $500.00
security surcharge is required for the
weekly tariff, and will be processed
with your final payment one week prior
to your arrival date.
This surcharge is refundable within 5
working days, subject to a satisfactory
inspection by the owners of this
property after guests' departure.

Some Regulations:
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside or on the decks for fire safety reasons.
Pets:
As Sandy Point is home to many koalas, echidnas, wombats, possums and
other native animals, we do not allow pets on the premises.
Noise:
Horizons offers you spectacular views across Sandy Point. But elevated
also means that loud music or a loud television will carry a long way. Please
respect the right of other visitors in Sandy Point to enjoy their
holidays, too.
How many people:
No more than nine (9) people, including any children, may be accommodated in Horizons at any
time.
Parking:
You have space for four cars plus boat.
Eviction:
Failure to respect the Horizons regulations may lead to eviction. No
refunds will be made in such a case. |
