sitting room boasts wonderful views over the 10-acre property and
across verdant farming land to Andersons Inlet beyond.
Take a deck chair out onto the verandah
and watch the world go by or settle down on the sofa with the colour
television or a magazine.
Gas heating ensures guests' comfort
during cooler weather.
Enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets
and the activities of many different native animals and birds as they go
about their daily business.

also has sensational views, and is furnished with quality twin beds.
Adjoining the bedroom is a spacious
private bathroom with shower, vanity and lavatory.
All linen, towels and electric blankets are provided.
There is also a walk-in wardrobe with
plenty of storage space for guests' belongings and their luggage.

cutlery and cooking utensils.

refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total
